USDA Proposes Changes to Conservation Reserve Program (CRP)
Comments Invited Through April 5, 2010
The USDA Farm Service Agency has prepared a Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Statement (SEIS) to implement the changes to the Conservation Reserve Program (CRP) enacted in the 2008 Farm Bill. The FSA is examining two action alternatives under each provision in addition to the no action alternative environmental baseline.
The Draft SEIS is available for review at http://public.geo-marine.com.
The public is invited to submit comments on this Draft SEIS through April 5, 2010. You may submit comments by any of the following methods:
