Cam Lay has a background in both beekeeping and pesticide issues. He has degrees in entomology and biology from Clemson University and the University of Alabama. He has served in both field and management positions in pesticide-regulatory agencies in SC and Maine, been an expert consultant in more court cases than he can recall, and was the Montana State Apiarist for almost 10 years. He has been a beekeeper since the late 1970s.
